Warrington coach Tony Smith is able to name Michael Monaghan in his squad to face the Giants following a calf strain.
Centre Matt King and hooker Mickey Higham both picked up knocks during last week's defeat at Leeds but are likely to be fit to start.
Richie Myler remains on the sidelines with a knee injury although Lee Mitchell is named in the 19 after being recalled from Leigh.
Huddersfield coach Nathan Brown has recalled centre Michael Lawrence for the trip to Lancashire, with Paul Whatuira standing down.
Utility duo Graeme Horne and Scott Grix are also added to the team that lost to Wigan last weekend.
David Fa'alogo and Simon Finnegan are the only players absent through injury.
Prop forward Darrell Griffin admits the Giants are still hurting from their humiliating 60-4 cup defeat by the Wolves at the Galpharm Stadium just a fortnight ago.
"It was pretty embarrassing what happened in the Challenge Cup and we want to rectify that," Griffin said.
"Obviously it's a different competition and there are two league points at stake which we need at the moment if we are to stay in the top four, top five."
Warrington squad: L. Anderson, V. Anderson, Atkins, Bridge, Briers, Cooper, Grix, Harrison, Hicks, Higham, King, Mathers, Mitchell, Monaghan, Morley, Riley, Solomona, Westwood, Wood.
Huddersfield squad: B. Hodgson, Cudjoe, Lolesi, D. Hodgson, Brown, Robinson, Crabtree, Lunt, Mason, Gilmour, Wild, Raleigh, D. Griffin, Lawrence, Faiumu, Grix, Aspinwall, Horne, Brough.
