Part-timers Oldham will be aiming to pull off the shock of the tournament when they take on Wakefield at Belle Vue.
The Wildcats piled up 96 points in their previous two rounds against National League opposition, but coach John Kear will not underestimate the threat of a side coached by Steve Deakin, who was his assistant when Sheffield Eagles famously won the Cup in 1998.
Deakin, who joined his home-town team after being sacked by Catalans Dragons before the start of their inaugural season, said: "Make no bones about it, this is our final and that is how we have to prepare for the game."
Oldham, whose last semi-final appearance was in 1995, are aiming to become only the third team from outside Super League to reach the Challenge Cup semis.
Wakefield 19-man squad: Matt Blaymire, Damien Blanch, Tony Martin, Ryan Atkins, Jamie Rooney, Danny Brough, Brad Drew, Danny Sculthorpe, Duncan MacGillivray, Sam Obst, Kevin Henderson, Oliver Wilkes, Sean Gleeson, Jason Golden, Richard Moore, Aaron Murphy, Kyle Bibb, Jay Pitts, Matty Dale
