Wakefield coach John Kear is able to call upon full-back Matt Blaymire following a four-match absence for the visit of Quins.
Prop or second rower Kyle Bibb has been included at the expense of Ben Gledhill while stand-off Ben Jeffries remains sidelined with a thigh injury.
The Wildcats are looking to end a run of six successive defeats, but will be able to call upon a similar experience last season.
"Every team is going to have dips," said Wakefield coach John Kear. "We lost five Super League games on the bounce last year but we came back strong and won six of the last seven.
"We have been through this and know how to handle it."
Harlequins boss Brian McDermott has included forward Ben Jones and winger Jamie O'Callaghan to the side that defeated Castleford.
However, he is likely to stick with the same match-day 17 that completed a hat-trick of Super League wins last week.
Wakefield squad: Blaymire, Blanch, Gleeson, George, Korkidas, Ferguson, Demetriou, Obst , Bibb, Johnson, Henderson, Murphy, King, Leo-Latu, Cooke, Morton, Davey, Moore, Kirmond.
Harlequins RL squad: Clubb, Dorn, Esders, Gale, Howell, Jones, May, Mills, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, O'Callaghan, Orr, Penny, Purdham, Randall, Sharp, Temata, Wilkes, Williamson.
