Phil Clarke selects his favourite tries from the first round of the 2017 Super 8s

Phil Clarke is back with his best five tries from the first round of the Super League Super 8s and we want you to vote for your favourite.

Two of Phil's selections come from Friday's clash at Headingley, where Wigan winger Tom Davies capitalised on a Leeds handling error to tear downfield and score his second try in four minutes.

However, it was the Rhinos who ran out winners, with Ryan Hall making a scything break on 43 minutes and his kick through teed up Ashton Golding for his second try.

Hull FC's Carlos Tuimavave was another player to score a two tries, the centre crossing for his first against Salford on 16 minutes after his team-mates did incredibly well to keep the ball alive. But Niall Evalds replied for the Red Devils with a sublime score.

St Helens produced an outstanding defensive effort as they ended Castleford's unbeaten home record but they also produced moments of real quality in attack. Jonny Lomax pounced on a clever kick from Matty Smith to score their fourth try.
