Huddersfield's Danny Brough has been charged with elbowing Logan Tomkins of Salford during Sunday's Qualifiers defeat.
The Giants' half-back caught Tomkins in the 63rd minute of Salford's 34-12 win.
Brough is accused of a Grade C offence, which carries a ban of two or three matches in the event of a guilty verdict.
Leigh's Greg Worthington and London's Jamie Soward have been charged with lesser Grade A offences after they were sent off for fighting during the Centurions' 34-30 win on Saturday.
