Hull will miss second rower Frank Pritchard for Friday's Super League top-four clash with Wigan after he received a one-match ban for a high tackle.

The former Canterbury Bulldogs forward was put on report for the challenge on former Catalans Dragons winger Michael Oldfield during Saturday's Test match in Sydney.

Pritchard was given permission by Hull to miss Sunday's Challenge Cup sixth-round tie at St Helens to give him the opportunity to lead Samoa and play alongside younger brother Kaysa for the first time.

The incident was referred by the NRL to the Rugby Football League and Pritchard, who admitted the grade A offence when he appeared in front of a disciplinary tribunal, was also fined £300.

Wakefield prop forward Andy Yates has been handed a three-match ban for making dangerous contact on Toulouse winger Kuni Minga during the Wildcats' 40-22 Challenge Cup victory over the French club at Belle Vue on Sunday.

Catalans forwards Dave Taylor and Jason Baitieri will miss Saturday's home game against Huddersfield after accepting a one-match ban for a grade B dangerous throw on Batley captain Keegan Hirst during their 40-4 Challenge Cup win over the Bulldogs at Mount Pleasant last Friday.
