Harlequins coach Brian McDermott has called up prop Karl Temata and centre Mick Nanyn to his squad to face Warrington, but seems likely to stick by the team that ran out such convincing winners at Salford last week.
Quins ran in nine tries in that thumping 48-18 triumph over the City Reds and McDermott will be hoping for more of the same on Saturday.
The Londoners will be aiming to make it three wins from four games in the new season, but will be aware that Warrington took the honours in the same fixture last year, running out 40-24 victors.
New Wolves coach Tony Smith would relish a similar scoreline this time around, but knows he will have to reverse a nine-game losing streak - stretching back to last season - to do so.
The former Leeds Rhinos and England chief has opted to keep changes to a minimum following his side's brave showing in defeat to the Rhinos last week.
Loose forward Simon Grix is the only addition to the squad after recovering from a shoulder injury and takes the place of Chris Bridge.
Quins squad: Clubb, Dorn, Gafa, Gale, Golden, Grayshon, Heckenberg, Howell, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, Nanyn, Orr, Randall, Robinson, Sharp, Temata, Ward, Wells.
Wolves squad: Johnson, Gleeson, King, Briers, Monaghan, Morley, Clarke, Rauhihi, L. Anderson, V. Anderson, Higham, Wood, Pickersgill, Cooper, Riley, Grix, Mitchell, Hicks, Harrison.
