Brian McDermott's in-form Harlequins side are looking for their fourth win in five games on Saturday.
The Londoners came from behind to win at Castleford Tigers 22-16 at the weekend to add to their wins over Wakefield and Hull FC.
Quins have fought back bravely since their opening round defeat to Wigan Warriors and trail Super League leaders Leeds Rhinos by just two points at this early stage.
McDermott has made just one change to the squad that won at the Jungle with Michael Worrincy dropped to make room for the return of Chris Melling.
Inspired by the rejuvenated Henry Paul and potential World Cup star Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook the Quins coach knows victory over their play-off rivals could really set his side up for a big 2008.
Inspiration
Jon Sharp's Huddersfield Giants also kicked off the season with a defeat, but have romped to comfortable victories against the Tigers and Hull FC since.
Former Wigan Warrior Luke Robinson has been one of the chief architects of that turnaround, scoring five tries already this season, while Paul Whatuira has three.
And Sharp has named an unchanged 20-man squad as a result. He picked out Shane Elford, Rod Jensen and Kevin Brown for special praise after the last win at the Galpharm Stadium and is eager to claim a third successive maximum.
Harlequins 20-man squad: Barker, Clubb, Gafa, Grayshon, Haggerty, Heckenberg, Howell, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, McLinden, Melling, Orr, Paul, Purdham, Randall, Rinaldi, Sheriffe, Temata, Ward, Wells.
Huddersfield 20-man squad: Thorman, Elford, Whatuira, Brown, Robinson, Crabtree, Gatis, Skandalis, Lolesi, Raleigh, Wild, Jones, Jackson, Mason, Snitch, Griffin, Hudson, Cudjoe, Jensen, Kirmond.
