Harlequins will be without Rob Purdham, who is on compassionate leave following the death of his brother Garry, for Sunday's clash with Crusaders.
The London club will pay their respects to their skipper's older sibling, who was one of 12 people shot dead in west Cumbria on Wednesday.
A minute's silence is being held at all matches this weekend to remember all those who lost their lives, while Quins will also have a book of condolence.
Rob Purdham, who played with Garry at Whitehaven before moving to the capital in 2002, has travelled back home to be with his family.
"We have received an enormous number of letters and condolence from rugby fans of all clubs which we are collecting for the Purdham family," a club spokesman said.
Ellis debut
Hooker Andy Ellis looks set to make his long-awaited debut for Quins in front of the Sky Sports cameras after recovering from a shoulder injury.
Prop Danny Ward is also available to coach Brian McDermott after being sidelined for the last two matches.
Crusaders will have to make a change in the half-back positions after Jarrod Sammut was ruled out for up to eight weeks.
The scrum-half, who moved to the engage Super League midway through the current campaign, fractured a cheekbone in his side's 46-26 loss to Wigan.
Stand-off Michael Witt is set to revert to scrum-half, while Wales captain Jordan James takes Sammut's place in the 19-man squad.
Tony Martin misses out on facing one of his former clubs. The centre is still recovering from a hamstring injury but could face Bradford next weekend.
Harlequins squad: Bryan, Clubb, Dorn, Ellis, Esders, Gale, Howell, Krasniqi, May, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, O'Callaghan, Orr, Randall, Sharp, Temata, Ward, Wilkes, Williamson.
Crusaders squad: Thomas, Youngquest, Mellars, Witt, O'Hara, Withers, Bryant, Hauraki, Chan, Trimarchi, Dyer, Winternstein, Peek, Thackray, James, Flower, Lupton, Schifcofske, Hanbury.
