The top two in Super League go head-to-head on Friday as champions Leeds host Harlequins.
With Matt Diskin suspended and injuries starting to bite, Rhinos coach Brian McClennan has added youngsters Simon Worrall and Ben Kaye to his squad.
Ashley Gibson and Lee Smith are both ruled out with injuries they picked up in last weekend's surprise defeat to Super League newcomers Castleford.
Ian Kirke, Danny McGuire and Clinton Toopi are also unavailable, so Danny Williams is included after returning from a month's loan at Hull while Jamie Peacock is recalled after being rested last weekend.
Defeat at the Jungle was the World Club champions' first of the season and allowed Challenge Cup holders St Helens to draw level with the Rhinos at the top of the table.
But McClennan's side have been boosted by news that Australian Danny Buderus will join from the NRL next season and will be keen to prove defeat to the Tigers was just a blip.
Form
High-flying Harlequins blanked the Huddersfield Giants 24-0 at the Stoop last time out and have only lost to Wigan this season.
Brian McDermott's side have beaten Hull FC, Wakefield and Castleford in between those two results and are in unfamiliar territory at the top of the table.
Full-back Mark McLinden escaped a ban for a careless tackle in the victory over the Giants and keeps his place in the squad, while Michael Worrincy returns.
Young Londoner Lamont Bryan is also named for the trip to Headingley, as Quins look for their fifth win on the bounce.
Leeds squad: Webb, Donald, Senior, Burrow, Leuluai, Peacock, Jones-Buchanan, Ellis, Sinfield, Lauitiiti, Bailey, Scruton, Ablett, Tansey, Hall, Williams, Burgess, Kaye, Worrall.
Harlequins squad: Barker, Bryan, Clubb, Gafa, Grayshon, Heckenberg, Howell, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, McLinden, Orr, Purdham, Randall, Rinaldi, Sheriffe, Temata, Ward, Wells, Worrincy.
