Teenager Josh Charnley could make his Wigan debut against his former club Hull KR when the two sides meet on Sunday.
The Warriors could clinch the Super League Leaders' Shield on Sunday, and coach Michael Maguire is keen to get some momentum heading into the play-offs after last week's surprise home defeat against Huddersfield.
19-year-old centre Charnley bagged five tries for Hull KR in just five games for the Robins whilst on loan, but he was recalled back to the DW Stadium after injuries took hold.
Martin Gleeson is currently out after a hernia operation and Darrell Goulding and George Carmont are also on the sidelines, meaning Charnley will battle Stefan Marsh for a place in the centres on Sunday.
Maguire has also brought back winger Amos Roberts into the team, and full-back Cameron Phelps - who has been out of action since April.
Stand-off Stuart Howarth could get a debut, while Prop Stuart Fielden is out through suspension, George Carmont misses out with a deep cut in a finger and Karl Pryce is dropped.
The Robins may sit in seventh in Super League, but they are in marginally better form than Wigan at present, with five wins from their last six games.
Rovers coach Justin Morgan has made three changes to the side that won at Salford, with Matt Cook, Scott Spaven and Scott Taylor coming in to replace Frankie Mariano, Charnley and back-rower Ben Galea, who has an eye injury.
Prop Joel Clinton is rated 50-50 after missing his first match for the club last week through injury.
