Fresh from securing their Super League status for 2008, Hull KR will be hoping they can complete the treble over Wigan.
The Robins have beaten the Warriors twice at the JJB Stadium this season, a 26-16 win in March being followed up by a 12-10 result two months later.
However, with survival now assured, Rovers coach Justin Morgan has called up youngsters Chaz I'Anson and Kris Welham.
The talented youngsters - who have both just signed new one-year deals - replace injured duo Stanley Gene and Jason Netherton.
Prop Makali Aizue also earns a recall to the squad after missing the record 42-6 win over near neighbours Hull last weekend.
Wounded Warriors
Wigan head to Craven Park knowing only a win will do if they are to keep up their bid for a play-off berth.
They are currently only a point back of sixth-placed Warrington but face a tough home tie with arch-rivals St Helens in the final week of the regular season.
Coach Brian Noble received some welcome news this week when prop Iafeta Paleaaesina had his one-match ban for striking overturned.
That means the big New Zealander is available this weekend, though Harrison Hansen is suspended for an incident in last week's win over Salford.
The Warriors are also without hooker Shane Millard and second-rower Gareth Hock through injury.
Paul Prescott, Michael McIlorum and Thomas Coyle have been drafted into the squad.
