Scrum-half Albert Kelly makes a timely return for James Webster after a three match absence for the interim coach's first derby match in charge of Hull KR, live on Sky Sports 1 HD at 12.45pm.
Webster will be hoping to get one over on the Black and Whites on the Good Friday lunchtime kick-off having played and coached Hull FC previously.
And the interim head coach has received a boost with the return of Kelly who has recovered from a hamstring injury.
Kelly replaces Kieran Moran in the only change to the squad, however, the Rovers will once again be without Shaun Lunt and Terry Campese.
The former Wakefield Trinity Wildcats coach has also included forwards Graeme Horne and James Greenwood, despite them picking up injuries in in Sunday's 44-30 victory over Salford Red Devils.
Webster and Lee Radford (Hull FC) captained their clubs in the first Super League derby in 2007 and the former has a clear message for his players ahead of the clash.
"I'll be telling them to go out and enjoy it," Webster said. "How many times in your career do you get to play in games as big as this?"
Hull FC are boosted by the return of outside back Mahe Fonua. The 23 year-old former Melbourne Storm star returns following six weeks on the side-lines with a knee injury.
He replaces Jack Logan in Lee Radford's 19-man squad - the only change from the side that beat Wakefield Wildcats last week.
The Tonga international scored a debut try in the Airlie Birds' Round One victory over Salford Red Devils at the KC Stadium back in February.
Friday's game will be the second derby clash of the year, with Hull FC triumphing 60-20 in the annual Clive Sullivan Trophy pre-season friendly.
Having picked up their first win under head coach Webster in his second game in charge, the Robins sit in tenth position in Super League.
