Hull KR have centre Jake Webster back after a month's injury absence but winger Liam Colbon, who has missed the last two months with a fractured jaw, is facing an extended lay-off after suffering a knee injury in training.
Webster's inclusion is the only change from the squad named for the recent heavy defeat by St. Helens, with Chaz I'anson the man to make way having gone to Widnes Vikings on a month's loan earlier this week.
Rovers coach Justin Morgan told the club's website: "Jake's a big player for us. He's a game-breaker, a try-scorer. It's good to have him back and it allows Clint (Newton) to go back into the second row."
Catalans are bottom of the Super League but Morgan is predicting a tough battle against the Challenge Cup semi-finalists.
He added: "Catalans are a good side. They haven't had a great time of it in Super League but they've done well in the cup.
Big pack
"They've a big pack and the likes of Thomas Bosc and Brett Sherwin are very good organisers in the halves.
"It's going to be tough but our players are very focussed on getting back to winning ways."
Catalans are boosted by the return of France international second-row pair Gregory Mounis, who was suspended for last week's Cup win at Batley, and Cyril Gossard, who has been out for six weeks with an ankle injury.
Hull KR squad: Briscoe, Fox, Welham, Ratu, Cockayne, Clinton, Dobson, Vella, Hodgson, Wheeldon, Newton, Galea, Webster, Netherton, Watts, Cook, Fisher, Murrell, Lovegrove.
Catalans squad: Bell, Raguin, Sa, Pelo, Bosc, Ferriol, Guisset, Elima, Mounis, Johnson, Gossard, Carlaw, Touxagas, Fakir, Casty, Gigot, Vaccari, Bentley, Sherwin.
