Huddersfield cemented their position in the top four of the engage Super League with a 22-6 victory over fellow high-flyers Hull KR.
Scott Moore celebrated his England call-up with an influential display for the hosts, who have now beaten the Robins twice this season.
The on-loan hooker scored the opening try and had a hand in two others, including Paul Whatuira's effort in the second half which sealed the win.
Luke Robinson and Lee Mossop, another temporary recruit by Huddersfield boss Nathan Brown, also touched down for the hosts.
Lone reply
All Rovers managed in reply was a first-half effort from Kris Welham, the centre accepting Ben Galea's pass before sliding over.
Michael Dobson's successful conversion made the score 12-6 after the visitors had suffered a shaky start at the Galpharm Stadium.
However that proved to be as close as the Robins managed to get, as they slipped to a loss that means they lose ground on league leaders St Helens.
Huddersfield had produced an explosive start to storm ahead despite being without key duo Brett Hodgson and centre Jamahl Lolesi.
Moore, who is with the Giants all season from St Helens, showed the type of skills that have caught the eye of England coach Tony Smith ahead of next weekend's clash with France with a superb try to break the deadlock.
Spotting a gap from dummy half he darted towards the line and, after a strong second drive, forced his way over next to the uprights.
Just two minutes later and the home side had scored again, Whatuira taking advantage of a wicked bounce to set up Robinson on the left flank.
Cudjoe converted both to make it 12-0 before Rovers replied when Galea, standing in at stand-off for the injured Paul Cooke, set up Welham.
They got over again when Peter Fox won the race to Dobson's grubber, though the winger's effort was ruled out by video referee Thierry Alibert due to a knock-on.
Mossop made no such mistakes when Moore's pass gave him a perfect angle to cut down the middle, fending off two tacklers in the process.
Casualties
After a fiery first half the second failed to hit the same heights, both teams not helped by having to deal with a lengthy casualty list.
The Robins threatened through Welham but were never able to keep the pressure on, too many errors stopping them in their tracks.
Eventually Huddersfield made sure of the result when the excellent Moore put Whatuira over on the left with their rivals caught short in defence out wide.
Although the extras were missed the Giants knew they had a healthy lead, which they comfortably held on to for the final 11 minutes.
