Huddersfield will be looking bounce back from their shock loss at Salford when they take on Castleford on Friday night, live on Sky Sports.
Giants coach Nathan Brown paid the price for rotating his team on Easter Monday, as a much-changed line-up lost 30-18 to the Reds.
Brett Hodgson and Eorl Crabtree were not risked due to minor knocks, while Lee Gilmour and Keith Mason were rested for the trip to the Willows.
The reverse on their travels was particularly disappointing after they had thrashed Catalans Dragons 48-6 at the Galpharm Stadium on Good Friday.
Brown is able to welcome back David Fa'alogo, who has been sidelined since the win away at Harlequins last month due to a hamstring injury.
Injury-ravaged Tigers
Castleford make the short trip to their Yorkshire rivals having suffered back-to-back defeats over the busy Easter period.
A 19-6 loss in their derby against Wakefield on Friday was quickly followed up by a 52-18 thumping at the hands of St Helens at the Jungle.
Coach Terry Matterson has included young prop Jonathan Walker in his 19-man squad for the game against Huddersfield.
The 19-year-old forward, a product of the Tigers' youth system, could be handed his chance as injuries hit the squad hard.
Brent Sherwin became the latest name to be added to the casualty list after picking up a knock in the loss to Saints. Michael Shenton disclocated a finger in the same game but could still feature this week.
Steve Snitch, one of several former Giants now at Castleford, misses out on the chance to face his old employers due to a foot injury.
Kirk Dixon (sternum) and James Evans are also sidelined, while Richard Owen, Brett Ferres and Dean Widders are all long-term absentees.
Matterson's plans were hampered further when he dropped Range Chase and Joe Westerman from his squad as a "disciplinary measure". Oliver Holmes, a 17-year-old half-back, has been drafted into the squad.
A club statement read: "Castleford Tigers players Rangi Chase and Joe Westerman have been stood down from this evening's game with Huddersfield Giants as a disciplinary measure. The Tigers will be making no further comment regarding this matter at this stage."
