Castleford Tigers coach Terry Matterson is still down to the bare bones on the injury front.
On-loan hooker Scott Moore does return to the Tigers' squad after serving his suspension for a dangerous tackle in the opening defeat against Catalans Dragons.
But Ryan Clayton, Stuart Donlan are still out for the newly-promoted club still looking for their first points of the season.
The Tigers come into this game on the back of a 64-12 drubbing against the Huddersfield Giants and Matterson seriously needs to restore confidence in his troops.
There is no relegation in Super League this season, but the Tigers already look like basement battlers unless they can manage a turnaround quickly.
Revival
In contrast Harlequins have made a superb start to the new campaign with victories over Hull FC and Wakefield since getting turned over at home to Wigan.
Scott Hill, Henry Paul, Chad Randall, Rikki Sheriffe, Matt Gafa and Louis McCarthy-Scarsbrook all scored tries in the comeback victory over the Wildcats and keep their place in Quins' 20-man squad.
There are two changes for Brian McDermott's men though, who bring in Jon Grayshon and Joe Mbu for Joe Walsh and Michael Worrincy.
And McDermott will be determined not to squander a fine start from his maturing London side.
Castleford 20-man squad: Dorn, Shenton, Dixon, Wainwright, Thackeray, Sherwin, Leafa, Henderson, Korkidas, Guttenbeil, Westerman, Higgins, Huby, Lupton, Boyle, Haberecht, Moore, Owen, McGoldrick, Fletcher.
Harlequins 20-man squad: Barker, Clubb, Gafa, Grayshon, Haggerty, Heckenberg, Howell, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, McLinden, Orr, Paul, Purdham, Randall, Rinaldi, Sheriffe, Temata, Ward, Wells, Worrincy.
