In depth

Verdict

JEAN FLEMING was most impressive when hosing up on the heavy ground at Lingfield last time and appeals as the sort to follow until beaten. Slightly upped in trip now, she already boasts a win in the pointing arena over 3m and should be more than capable of handling this testing track over 2m5f. Va' Vite is the obvious danger, the daughter of Vinnie Roe having already paid her way with a couple of victories this term. James Banks claims a handy 7lb and she should certainly be on the premises once more. The rest make little appeal with Bebinn tentatively suggested as next best as she at least notched a point-to-point success on her latest outing, albeit nearly a year ago.
