slowly away, last throughout, ridden and struggling halfway, soon well behind, tailed off
chased winner throughout, pushed along 2f out, soon hung left and no chance with very easy winner
made all, pushed well clear over 1f out, very easily, eased near finish
chased leading pair, pushed along halfway, ridden over 2f out, soon no chance
Just four take to the track for this opener and preference is for Mick Channon's KALAM DALEEL, the market should reveal more about the rest but we expect Lairy to make up the stiffest competition. The selection ran a race full of promise when thurd on his debut at Salisbury and any normal level of improvement would make him hard to beat. Lairy put in a much improved effort last time after an average debut and he looks a progressive sort. He has to be considered here and should make the frame. Evergreen Dancer is an interesting debutant from a yard with a powerful team of juveniles. Any market support would be significant.
