Verdict

BANNTOWN GIRL is penalised for a bumper victory in 2021 but ran a fine race when placed in a lucrative Leopardstown handicap in February before finishing last at Cheltenham. A repeat of her penultimate run would see her difficult to beat and Michael O'Sullivan's claim is a massive plus. Broomfield Bijou looks an obvious threat after just failing to concede 7lb to We Got This at Navan but Workforadime has so far failed to fire over timber after showing potential in bumpers. Gordon Elliott won this last year and Emotional Damage should improve from last month's run at Naas.
