Kurt Warner says the quarterbacks in the NFL draft are still worthy of being top picks and feels with the right franchise and mentors, could become great players

Super Bowl-winning quarterback Kurt Warner says that there are questions over each QB in this year's NFL Draft.

With up to four quarterbacks rumoured to be taken early, and a plethora of teams needing an immediate upgrade at the position, Warner said that concerns were part of the process.

"I don't think you ever want to say a bad Draft class. The problem is that the more and more you go through the process, the more you realise there are questions about each guy.

Sky Sports NFL expert Neil Reynolds selects six franchises who need to succeed in this year's Draft.

"I'm not going to say that none of those guys are worth a top Draft pick or to be a first-rounder, or that they can't be franchise quarterbacks. But whether it's the system that they ran, whether it's the time that they've played, about whether the skills will translate to the next level. So they all have questions.

"I think they are as talented as the quarterbacks we've seen in the last few drafts - top ten type guys - but they might all have a little bit more from a question standpoint."

Warner was an undrafted free agent, spending time in Europe with the Amsterdam Admirals, before leading the St. Louis Rams to Super Bowl XXXIV glory, and he believes that it might benefit some of these young quarterbacks to sit behind veterans for the first few years of their career.

"I would love to see some of these guys get behind a veteran quarterback, like a Drew Brees. These guys can come in and you can answer those questions over the next two or three years, and then let them get to the mountain top.

"I would not be surprised if there were three taken in the top 15, but I would be surprised if they all fell out of the first round. In a league where we don't have 32 starting guys, every year we see teams reach.
