LeBron James ensured he enjoyed a winning return to Cleveland as he scored 32 points to lead the Lakers to victory over the Cavaliers.
James led his team in points, rebounds and assists and inspired a fourth-quarter rally that allowed the Lakers to run out 109-105 winners.
Trailing 99-91 against James' former team, Kyle Kuzma's 24-foot three-pointer cut the Lakers' deficit to five points before, in a sight all too familiar to Cleveland fans, 'The King' took over.
James made two free throws, connected on a three-point jumper and made three more foul shots to put the Lakers up 102-99 before four free throws from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope sealed the win.
Speaking after the game, James said: "I played for 11 years for [Cleveland] and I gave everything I could on the court and off the court, representing this city and this community with the utmost respect.
"To come back and get the reception I got tonight means a lot, not only to me but to my family and friends that were here [to watch the game]."
