Irishman two seconds ahead of Nacer Bouhanni overall

Ireland’s Sam Bennett sprinted to his second win in three days and third of the season on stage three of Bayern Rundfahrt in Germany on Friday.
The Bora-Argon 18 rider beat Nacer Bouhanni (Cofidis) into second place and Ramunas Navardauskas (Cannondale-Garmin) into third in Ebern.
Bennett picked up 10 bonus seconds for his win and consequently moves back to the top of the general classification, two seconds ahead of second-placed Bouhanni and three seconds ahead of third-placed former leader John Degenkolb (Giant-Alpecin).
The five-day race continues on Saturday with a 26.1km individual time trial in Hassfurt on stage four.
