The 145th Open: Bubba Watson ends up on the railway tracks at 11
Last Updated: 16/07/16 5:50pm
Bubba Watson had a hole to forget as he found the railway tracks with his second shot at the 11th while Jamie Donaldson's radar was also off as he sent his tee shot on the first into the stand.
Overall, it was a solid round for Watson with his one over 72 comparing favourably with the other early starters on moving day.

However, it was marred by a triple bogey at the 11th that was brought about by a wild second shot that flew out to the right and onto the railway tracks.
"How about that? Did he have a pass to get on that train?" asked Butch Harmon in the Sky Sports commentary box. "That is so far off line to the right it's unbelievable."
He was not the only player to suffer in the windy conditions though as Donaldson's round got off to an inauspicious start as his tee shot flew left and clattered into one of the stands.
The Welshman recovered well though and was able to salvage par on the opening hole.
