Team Sky rider Luke Rowe previews stage 13 of the Tour de France

The Tour de France continues on Friday with a 37.5km individual time trial from Bourg-Saint-Andeol to La Caverne du Pont-d’Arc on stage 13.

It is the first of the race's two individual time trials and contains two climbs.
