Jason Quigley can enhance his growing reputation when he appears on the undercard of Saul Alvarez's world title fight with Liam Smith in Texas.

The unbeaten Irish middleweight will be targeting his 12th straight win ahead of the main event, which will see Alvarez challenge WBO super-welterweight champion Smith at the AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, on September 17.

Quigley has another chance to showcase his skills on a big stage, just a few months after he picked up a points win over James De la Rosa on the same bill as Alvarez's sixth-round stoppage of Amir Khan in May.

The Donegal-born fighter continued his rise up the rankings with a shutout 10-round unanimous verdict over De la Rosa in Las Vegas.

Quigley, who is yet to learn his next opponent, said: "I'm absolutely delighted to be on such an amazing card. To be fighting under Canelo again is going to be amazing also.
