Kurt Haggerty scored two tries as Bradford Bulls beat London Broncos 28-20 to knock them off the top of the Kingstone Press Championship, with new leaders Leigh Centurions romping to a 42-12 win over Swinton Lions.

The Bulls, who handed a debut to 19-year-old academy graduate Ethan Ryan on the right wing, took an early lead when James Clare went over.

Another score from Matty Blythe swiftly followed and Haggerty made it 14-0 inside the opening 20 minutes.

The Broncos fought back with tries for James Cunningham, Jamie Thackray and Alex Foster to lead 16-14 at half-time, only for Bradford to rally again as Ryan marked his big night with a try before Alex Foster scored for London and Haggerty's second then settled matters.
