Wide receiver Taylor Gabriel gives his thoughts on the Atlanta Falcons' preparations ahead of the Divisional Play-off against the Green Bay Packers

Wide receiver Taylor Gabriel has described the spirit inside the Atlanta Falcons dressing room as like a "brotherhood".

The Falcons are gearing up for the NFC Championship game against Green Bay Packers on Sunday, knowing victory will put them on the brink of their first Super Bowl crown.

Gabriel has flourished since he joined the Falcons from Cleveland Browns last year, where he managed just one touchdown in two seasons, and the 25-year-old is relishing the opportunity to create history.

"To be here, with these players in this situation, it's a dream," said Gabriel.

"We've worked so hard, and it goes to show that the brotherhood we have is a real bond.

"It's just the opportunity that you have. Here I have the right situation and the right fit, and I feel blessed. Going out there to make plays for my brothers has impacted my game and how I play."

The two teams met back in week eight, and the Falcons came out on top 33-32. Gabriel scored his first touchdown for Atlanta against the Packers, beating two defenders to keep hold of the 47-yard pass from quarterback Matt Ryan.

When asked about this weekend's game, Gabriel said that another shoot-out looked likely.

"Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, so you always have to expect a shootout. As long as we prepare and win each day, we'll be OK," he said.
