Fantastic catches and cold weather incidents in NFL Wild Card games

A collection of the good, the bad and the ugly from Wild Card Weekend of the NFL including a stunning catch from Paul Richardson and a frozen ref whistle!

Wild Card Weekend was wrapped up as the Green Bay Packers came out 38-13 winners over the New York Giants on Sunday night.

This weekend saw the Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans punch their ticket to the AFC divisional round, while in the NFC, it was the Packers and Seattle Seahawks that progressed.

As always in the NFL, fans were treated to moments of magical brilliance, including spectacular catches, hard-hitting tackles and clutch plays under pressure.

Paul Richardson led the Seahawks with two single-handed catches, while Doug Baldwin kept the ball from hitting the ground by pinning it to his legs while falling.

However, there were also a number of bizarre incidences, not least because of the weather. Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier decided to warm up shirtless, despite the temperature falling below freezing. The officials also had difficulty, with one referee's whistle ceasing to function!
