Wasps Netball have announced the signing of shooter Rachel Dunn after her recent departure from Surrey Storm.
The 33-year-old was last season's top scorer in the Vitality Netball Superleague, finishing with 474 goals as Surrey retained their title.
But Dunn has decided to link up again with Tamsin Greenway, who left Storm to become Director of Netball at Wasps, and the England international is relishing a fresh challenge with the new franchise.
Rachel added: "The opportunity to work with Tamsin again is not one that I could turn down. We have enjoyed a successful history over the years both in the playing days and now with her in the coaching role.
"She has proven herself to be one of the best coaches around and I admire her passion and ability to get the best out of each player and the teams. I have been lucky enough to personally benefit from this as a player over my career and in joining Wasps this can continue.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the new and exciting Wasps Netball team and I am looking forward to seeing what can develop with this squad in this new era of netball."
Dunn becomes the latest arrival at Wasps, who have brought in a succession of new players, including George Fisher, Lucy Harris, Samantha May, Amy Flanagan, Josie Huckle, Sophia Candappa and Natalie Haythornthwaite for the 2017 season.
"I'm absolutely delighted that Rachel has joined us here at Wasps," said Greenway.
"It is without question she has been - and continues to be - the best shooter in the league and she brings so much to the team both on and off the court.
"Having played with Rachel from the very beginning it's great to have her beside me for the new challenge ahead at Wasps.
"Pre-season is nearly upon us and I can't wait to get out on to the court to work with such an exciting and talented line-up."
