Tiger Woods was visibly less than impressed with his performance during the opening round of the Memorial Tournament.
The five-time winner at Muirfield Village had told reporters on Wednesday that his game was “better” than it was at TPC Sawgrass last month, but Woods showed little signs of improvement as he reached the turn four-over for the round.
One hole in particular left the former world No 1 rattled, with Woods taking exception to sending his wayward tee-shot out of bounds at the par-four 18th.
