Wales will play 2018 World Cup qualifiers Panama in a friendly at Cardiff City Stadium on 14 November.
It will be the first game between the two countries and will follow Wales' friendly clash against France in Paris four days earlier.
Panama booked their first World Cup finals appearance when they beat Costa Rica 2-1 on October 10 to finish third in their CONCACAF group.
But Euro 2016 semi-finalists Wales will not be in Russia, having missed out a chance of reaching the play-offs when they lost 1-0 to the Republic of Ireland on October 9.
Wales are now waiting to find out if popular manager Chris Coleman will extend his spell in charge, and he has held informal talks with FAW officials.
