Scottish Cup holders Celtic will face Greenock Morton in the quarter-finals of the competition, while rivals Rangers have been drawn at home to Falkirk.
The Hoops defeated near neighbours Partick Thistle 3-2 to reach the last eight of the competition, while Greenock overcame Championship rivals Dumbarton 3-0 to set up a trip to Parkhead.
Celtic and Greenock Morton met at the same stage of the competition two seasons ago - the Glasgow side progressing following a 3-0 win at home.
Falkirk beat Highland Football League club Cove Rangers 3-1 in the fifth round and will now travel to Ibrox to face Rangers, who came from behind to defeat Ayr United 6-1 on Sunday.
Aberdeen, who finished as runners-up to Celtic in last season's competition, beat Dundee United 4-2 at Pittodrie and will now play Kilmarnock, who avoided an upset against Brora Rangers after recording a comfortable 4-0 win at Rugby Park.
Meanwhile, Hearts will travel to Motherwell in the final quarter-final after beating St Johnstone 3-0 in the fifth round.
All quarter-final ties are scheduled to be played on the weekend of March 3.
