Scunthorpe have signed Lee Novak on a free transfer.
The 28-year-old striker has agreed a two-year contract having struggled to convince at League One promotion rivals Charlton.
Novak previously proved himself at Huddersfield, Birmingham and Chesterfield.
Charlton, meanwhile, have signed fellow striker Joe Dodoo on loan from Rangers.
