Everton's Romelu Lukaku cheered up a Southampton fan after climbing into the stands to apologise for a wayward shot.
Belgium's forward was warming up at St Mary's ahead of their Premier League clash and accidentally blasted the ball straight at a female supporter in the home end.
The £28m signing from Chelsea looked shocked and made his way up the steps to the fan, before giving her an extended hug, an Everton shirt and shook the hand of her friend.
It was small consolation for the Saints fans as Lukaku proved more accurate a little later by scoring a first-half double to steer the visitors to a 3-0 victory.
