Tony Bellew and BJ Flores' social scrap could well be sorted out in the ring in October, according to Eddie Hearn.
The promoter has confirmed that the WBC world cruiserweight champion will be making his first defence in Liverpool, on October 15.
Bellew and Flores have been in a war of words on Twitter, with the American calling him out and 'Bomber' warning him he will knock him and "playboy friend" David Haye out.
Flores (32-2-1-KO20) is now on the shortlist for a voluntary defence, along with former WBC holder Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (51-3-1-KO37), with mandatory challenger Mairis Briedis (20-0-0-KO17) also a possibility.
"We're looking to go October 15 in Liverpool," Heard exclusively told Sky Sports. "We've got a few options because the division is very difficult. You've got some real elite level fighters there.
"I think it will be a voluntary defence, with the likes of Wlodarczyk has been mentioned, BJ Flores has been calling Tony out - and I think that's a fun fight.
"Flores has had a win since losing a tight one against Shumenov and there's obvously the David Haye connection with Flores, because those guys are close as well."
