Shannon Briggs has vowed to hunt down the "big boys" in Britain's heavyweight division after arriving in London.

The former WBO heavyweight champion intends to challenge Tyson Fury, David Haye and Anthony Joshua during his trip to England.

Briggs has been mentioned as a potential foe for Haye, who is yet to name an opponent for his next fight on May 21.

But the New Yorker would also welcome future fights with WBO and WBA 'super' champion Fury and world title challenger Joshua.

"I've come to take over, to meet the people, to get out there and shake hands, kiss babies, walk old ladies across the street," Briggs exclusively told Sky Sports.

Asked about a clash with Haye, he said: "I'm looking for him right now, I've been everywhere. I've been everywhere looking for him.

"I'm looking for you. I'm looking for Fury, I'm looking for Joshua, I'm looking for everybody. I'm a butcher champ, I don't care what I eat, I don't care what I cut, I just want to get cutting.

"Whoever the British people want me to fight. The people of the United Kingdom, whoever they want me to fight. Fury, Joshua, Haye, those are the big names, I'm here for the big boys.

"I bought a one-way ticket, I'm not leaving. I might just stay here for a couple of years and just knock out people."

Fury has relished a verbal battle with any of his challengers and Briggs would happily engage him in a war of words.

"It would be the biggest press conference ever in the history of boxing. He can't out-talk me and he cannot out-fight me."

Joshua challenges Charles Martin for the IBF heavyweight title at The O2 on April 9, live on Sky Sports Box Office, and Briggs believes his fellow American will provide a stern test for the unbeaten 26-year-old Londoner.

"He's kind of young, a little green, but that should be a tough fight against Martin," said Briggs. "Martin is no pushover, it's a big fight for him as well, coming over here.

"But I'm used to that. I've been in big fights all my life and that's what I came here for."
