Andy Murray has confirmed he will play in next week's Fever-Tree Championships at Queen's Club.
The former world No 1 will make his competitive return following hip surgery at the grass court tournament next week.
Murray, 31, has not played competitively since losing to Sam Querrey in the Wimbledon quarter-finals in July 2017.
The three-time Grand Slam winner came through a practice match against fellow Brit Cameron Norrie on Friday and confirmed his entry into the midday draw for the Fever-Tree Championships on Saturday.
French Open champion Rafael Nadal has already withdrawn from the event but Novak Djokovic has been handed a wildcard entry.
Murray took a break from the ATP tour in July last year due to ongoing issues with a hip injury and eventually decided to undergo surgery in January 2018.
The double Olympic champion had originally hoped to play in this week's Libema Open in the Netherlands, but withdrew from the tournament after saying he was "not quite ready and wanted to be 100%".
Five-time Queen's champion Murray has slipped to 157 in the world rankings due to his extended spell away from the court but he will be in line for a wildcard entry into Wimbledon main draw if required, providing he is fit.
Murray has been draw to play Australian Nick Kyrgios in the first round, with the winner of that contest facing the winner of Kyle Edmund against Ryan Harrison in the second round.
