Highlights of Liam Broady's defeat to Filip Krajinovic at the Miami Open at Crandon Park

Liam Broady crashed out of the Miami Open following a second-round defeat to Filip Krajinovic while Frances Tiafoe set up a meeting with British No 1 Kyle Edmund.

Broady, who saw off American Bjorn Fratangelo in the opening round for his first Masters match win, slipped to a straight-sets loss against the Serbian - ranked 27th in the world.

Qualifier Broady, ranked 138 places below Krajinovic, was beaten 6-3 6-2 in 69 minutes.

Edmund will play Delray Beach Open champion Tiafoe for a place in the third round after the American saw off Nicolas Kicker 6-3 7-6 (7-4).

Tiafoe, ranked 63, broke early in the first set against the Argentinian and served out to take the first set 6-3.

Kicker, 25, broke for 3-1 in the second but was swiftly broken back to love as the set went to a tie-break in which Tiafoe prevailed 7-4.

Thanasi Kokkinakis set up a date with Roger Federer by beating Calvin Hemery 6-1 6-2, while Tomas Berdych will take on Yoshihito Nishioka after the Japanese player overcame Alex de Minaue 6-2 6-4.

Nikoloz Basilashvili will meet Kevin Anderson after rallying for a 1-6 6-2 7-5 triumph over Thomas Fabbiano, and 11th seed Sam Querrey will face Radu Albot after the Moldovan beat qualifier Ricardas Berankis 6-1 4-6 7-6 (7-4).
