Ulster travel to the Stade Ernest Wallon on Sunday to face a Toulouse side still smarting from last weekend's Champions Cup whitewashing.
The Irish province became the first club in European history to keep Toulouse scoreless as they claimed a 38-0 victory in Belfast, and a second success in nine days will keep their quarter-final hopes alive.
Les Kiss has made two changes to his starting line-up as he "carefully manages his playing resources during a busy fixture schedule."
Nick Williams drops to the bench as Roger Wilson replaces him at No 8, while Ireland openside Chris Henry is not named in the matchday squad.
Sean Reidy will make his Champions Cup debut after being named in the back row alongside Wilson and Robbie Diack.
Ruan Pienaar and Paddy Jackson continue their half-back partnership after dominant displays last week, with try-scorers Stuart McCloskey and Luke Marshall retained at centre.
Toulouse make nine changes to their starting XV after that embarrassing reverse in Ravenhill, with Florian Fritz replacing Toby Flood at inside centre.
Jean-Marc Doussain starts at fly-half while Alexis Palisson, Kunatani Kunabuli and Timoci Matanavou form a new-look back three.
Toulouse have lost just twice in 10 home matches against Irish opposition - Leinster in 2006 and Connacht in 2013.
