Rhys Priestland kicked 11 points and Gareth Davies scored the decisive try as the Scarlets beat Glasgow 16-14 to claim a third straight RaboDirect PRO12 victory.
The hosts were well below par against an under-strength Warriors outfit at Parc y Scarlets but still managed to grab the four points.
Despite recalling a number of internationals in the backline, the Scarlets were conceded an early try when a line-out went awry close to their line and prop Moray Low pounced for the score.
Fly-halves Priestland and Ruaridh Jackson then swapped penalties, although Jackson had to be helped off with a hamstring injury after kicking his.
Priestland's second penalty on 16 minutes cut Glasgow's early lead to 8-6, and the Wales international kicked a third on 24 minutes to give the Scarlets the lead for the first time.
Setbacks
Glasgow suffered two setbacks in the space of a minute when flanker Rob Harley and No. 8 Ryan Wilson found themselves yellow-carded by referee Dudley Phillips for a punch and a professional foul respectively.
Suffering from the two-man disadvantage, Glasgow conceded a converted try deep into first-half injury-time when scrum-half Davies nipped over to give the home side a 16-8 lead at the interval.
Glasgow showed much more urgency after the break and earned a penalty on 44 minutes, which Scott Wight slotted through the posts.
The Scarlets brought on the experienced Stephen Jones on to steady the ship and his impact was soon felt as both Jonathan Davies and George North made surges towards the Glasgow line.
But a second try proved elusive as the Scottish outfit reduced the deficit to just two points with a second Wight penalty on 70 minutes.
The Scarlets then pressured the Glasgow line and thought they had a try, but the referee disallowed it for a knock-on leaving the home side pointless in the second half and allowing the visitors to hang on to a losing bonus point.
