Perpignan performed a second-half demolition of Treviso to wrap up their failed Heineken Cup campaign with a 34-6 home win.
With both teams out of the reckoning for the quarter-finals the game was a dead rubber, but the French champions dominated the later stages of the clash to gain revenge for their shock defeat to their Pool One rivals in October.
The match was tightly contested until Charles Geli went over for the first try on the stroke of half-time to open the scoring.
Assault
That was the catalyst for an unrelenting assault from Perpignan in the second period, with Marius Tincu scoring a brace of tries while Yoann Vivalda and Jean-Philippe Grandclaude also touched down.
Nicolas Laharrague contributed to the win by adding two conversions and a penalty for the home side, while Jerome Porical also landed a conversion.
The visitors only points came from two penalties courtesy of Marius Goosen and Tobias Botes respectively.
