The Ospreys claimed a ninth straight win in all competitions as they advanced to the European Challenge Cup quarter-finals with a 47-7 win over Lyon at the Liberty Stadium.
The French visitors took the lead in the first quarter and the Ospreys only went in front three minutes before the break.
But it was one-way traffic in the second half as the Welshmen finished with seven tries, with Dan Baker, Kieron Fonotia, Hanno Dirksen, James King, Dan Evans, Justin Tipuric and Adam Beard touching down. Dan Biggar added six conversions.
Lyon flexed their forward muscle and number eight Curtis Browning touched down to give the visitors the lead.
But the Guinness PRO12 leaders hit back. Barker drove over from close range after Ti'i Paulo was sent to the sin-bin for a deliberate knock-on.
And the Ospreys went in front when Fonotia barged over before the interval.
The Ospreys resumed on the attack, scoring a third try as Dirksen touched down in the corner following Sam Davies' run.
King scored try number four for the bonus point and another Lyon yellow card - with Jerome Porical sent to the sin-bin for a tip-tackle - prompted the Ospreys' fifth score, Evans touching down.
Tipuric ran in from 40 metres out before Beard went over from close range.
