Munster went two points clear at the top of the Guinness PRO12 after hammering bottom-of-the table Treviso 46-3 at Thomond Park.
The result means Munster have now gone almost 12 months since they last tasted defeat at home.
Treviso had much of the early possession and took an early lead courtesy of a penalty from former Leinster fly-half Ian McKinley before Tyler Bleyendaal levelled things up on the quarter-hour mark.
Robin Copeland scored Munster's first try five minutes later with man of the match Bleyendaal adding the conversion.
Two Andrew Conway tries saw Munster take a 22-3 lead into half-time, and they picked up where they left off after the interval with a try from second row Darren O'Shea securing the bonus point on 42 minutes.
Ronan O'Mahony scored tries either side of Ireland Sevens international Alex Wootton crashing over as Munster sealed an emphatic win over the visitors.
Sammy Arnold, Thomas du Toit and Angus Lloyd all made their debuts for Munster in the match. Munster's next match in the PRO12 sees them visit last year's champions Glasgow Warriors on Friday.
