Magners League champions Leinster have made just one change to their line-up to face Wasps at the RDS on Saturday.
Ireland international Malcolm O'Kelly returns after missing the 27-16 victory over Edinburgh through injury to partner Leo Cullen in the second row.
That means Leinster will have 10 Irish internationals in their side, with Brian O'Driscoll out to add to his try-scoring form against Edinburgh.
Argentinean Felipe Contepomi will continue to pull the strings from fly-half, while Aussie flanker Rocky Elsom and Springbok prop CJ van der Linde are set to start.
London Wasps have opted to stick with the same starting XV that beat Castres for the trip to Dublin.
The match pairs together the current Magners League and Guinness Premiership champions in the tie of the second round of pool games.
And Wasps chief Ian McGeechan knows his side will face a tough examination of their hopes of winning back the title they won in 2007.
"Leinster are playing very well," he said.
"They have a very strong side with some outstanding players and we know this will be our toughest challenge of the season so far."
Wasps do welcome back Mark van Gisbergen to the bench after the full-back recovered from a knee injury, while John Hart is also named among the replacements.
