Bath have named a relatively settled line-up for their trip to Gloucester on Saturday, as they prepare for their second West Country derby in as many weeks.
Dave Attwood is called in to make his second start for Bath joining Ryan Caldwell in the second row, with Academy lock Will Spencer coming onto the bench.
Double centurion Duncan Bell is joined in the front row by Nathan Catt and Ross Batty, with Charlie Beech - who will make his first competitive appearance for Bath should he come on - and Mark Lilley taking their places on the bench.
The rest of the pack is unchanged, with Carl Fearns, Guy Mercer and Ben Skirving linking up again to add power and drive from the back row.
Michael Claassens takes over the captain's armband, and returns to the starting line-up to partner Sam Vesty in the half-backs, with Mark McMillan taking his place on the bench.
Jack Cuthbert comes into the starting line-up on the wing, with Matt Carraro and Dan Hipkiss shifting inside. Tom Biggs and Nick Abendanon complete the line-up on the left wing and full-back respectively .
For Gloucester, Tim Taylor returns at fly-half for to pull the strings. Taylor started Gloucester's first two fixtures of the Aviva Premiership season but was an unused replacement against Harlequins last weekend.
Also returning to the starting line up are Jonny May, Darren Dawidiuk and, after serving a one match suspension, Will James who is back at the expense of Alex Brown who aggravated a shoulder injury last weekend.
Peter Buxton will continue to skipper a side which is still missing the likes of Andy Hazell (thumb), Dave Lewis (groin), Tim Molenaar (pectoral muscle), Luke Narraway (back) and James Simpson-Daniel (ankle).
Selected for the matchday squad for the first time is Argentinean international hooker Matias Cortese, who is named amongst the replacements.
Gloucester did an Aviva Premiership double over Bath last season but will be taking nothing for granted against a side who have made a good start to the season.
