Gloucester coach Bryan Redpath has named a strong side for Thursday night's Amlin Challenge Cup clash against Agen.
England centre Mike Tindall captains a team that also includes the likes of James Simpson-Daniel, Rory Lawson and Luke Narraway.
If they are to progress Gloucester must win at Kingsholm and hope Pool Five leaders La Rochelle suffer a shock home defeat against Italian minnows Rovigo.
Redpath said: "We've had a short turnaround and a travel day on Sunday, so it's key that we freshen it up. We want to finish the group on a high as well.
"We were hugely disappointed to lose away from home, having been 13-3 up in Agen, and the La Rochelle defeat at home is still bitter.
"It would be wrong of us to just use it as an exercise - it's still a purposeful game for us."
Gloucester: Olly Morgan; James Simpson-Daniel, Mike Tindall (capt), Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu, Tom Voyce; Freddie Burns, Rory Lawson; Nick Wood, Scott Lawson, Paul Doran-Jones; Will James, Alex Brown; Peter Buxton, Akapusi Qera, Luke Narraway. Replacements: Olivier Azam, Yann Thomas, Pierre Capdevielle, Alasdair Strokosch, Andrew Hazell, Dave Lewis, Tim Taylor, Henry Trinder.
