Aviva Premiership sides Exeter and Newcastle need maximum points on Saturday to close the gap on Amlin Challenge Cup Pool 3 leaders Montpellier.
Exeter boss Rob Baxter has made 12 changes to the side that lost 24-12 at Wasps last Sunday.
Winger Mark Foster, centre Nic Sestaret and fly-half Ryan Davies keep their places, while Fijian Josh Matavesi is given a rare start at full-back.
Newcastle head coach Alan Tait has brought in plenty of youngsters for the first of back-to-back matches against the Chiefs.
Danny Williams returns on the wing after a lengthy period on the sidelines.
Tom Catterick, James Fitzpatrick, James Hall and Glen Townson are all given their chance to impress from the start at Sandy Park.
"I've put a fairly big pack out there for Saturday because we know that last time we went down there, they came at us really hard," said Tait.
"We can't afford to take them lightly, and we will certainly have to get stuck into them up-front."
