Glasgow held off a second-half fightback from Aironi to claim a 17-16 Magners League victory at Stadio Luigi Zaffanella.
The Italian side recorded their first ever win in the competition against Connacht last weekend and just fell short of claiming back-to-back victories.
The Warriors went into the break 10-6 ahead after a try from full-back Peter Murchie was converted by Scotland fly-half Ruaridh Jackson, who also kicked a penalty.
Tito Tebaldi managed two penalties in reply, but the hosts fell further behind when Ryan Grant scored Glasgow's second try in the 56th minute, with Jackson once again adding the extras.
The Italians hit back through a try from fly-half James Marshall, who added the conversion himself to make it 17-13, before slotting over a penalty to close the gap to just one point.
Glasgow managed to hang on, however, with the victory moving them up to 10th in the table while Aironi still languish at the bottom.
