Following the narrow defeat in the derby against Hull KR on Thursday, Radford has made a few tweaks to his 19-man selection.
Prop Josh Bowden and second-rower Dean Hadley will both be absent, the former being rested while the latter picked up a knee injury against Hull KR.
Chris Tuson, who did not make the match-day selection on Thursday after suffering a hamstring injury in training, also misses out.
Iafeta Paleaaesina was the other player to be omitted from the final 17 against Rovers but the prop could well feature this time due to the absence of Bowden.
Prop Jay Pitts, hooker Aaron Heremaia and centre Ben Crooks all come back into the 19-man squad after missing out against Hull KR.
The Broncos have made two changes to their 19-man squad in the wake of the 28-22 loss to Catalan Dragons on Thursday, with James Duckworth and James Cunningham being replaced by Harvey Burnett and Michael Bishay.
Cunningham is on loan from Hull and will not play against his parent club while Burnett could make his Super League debut if he is included in the match-day selection.
The Broncos are still looking for their first win this season. Tony Rea's side have lost all nine of their league fixtures so far.
Hull FC squad: Carvell, Colbon, Crooks, Ellis, Heremaia, Horne, Houghton, Miller, Paea, Paleaaesina, Pitts, Rankin, Shaul, Talanoa, Thompson, Watts, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman.
London Broncos squad: Bishay, Burnett, Caton-Brown, Cook, Drinkwater, Farrar, Foster, Greenwood, Krasniqi, Macani, Mataitonga, McMeeken, Minns, Moore, Slyney, Solomona, Vea, Wallace, Woodburn-Hall.
